Rachel "26 by 26"

Rachel is a high school Spanish teacher and cross country coach in Northeastern Connecticut. When she’s not in the classroom she’s running with her girls, practicing yoga, baking or playing with her cat, Reginald. Rachel has been running since 7th grade when she decided to try a fall sport that didn't involve a ball. Since then, she's loved running and racing. She trains on the shoulder-less roads and trails of rural Connecticut. In college she raced the distance events (3k, 5k, 10k) and has since moved on to the half marathon. Her goal is to run a marathon by the time she is 26 years old, and eventually qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Robyn "sub-5:00 by 25"

Robyn is currently a Neuroscience PhD student who is trying to find a balance between starting her career and reaching her running goals. In college, Robyn identified as a middle-distance runner, but her first true love was cross-country. Her driving force behind her current training comes from the long term goal of breaking 5 minutes in the mile. Staying healthy and uninjured are the major factors right now.
